Refund Policy

We strive to provide exceptional service to our clients at YOU vs YOU. Please review our detailed refund policy to understand the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, clients must adhere to the following criteria:

  1. Commitment to Program: Clients must fully commit to following all aspects of the You vs You coaching program, including fitness routines, nutrition guidelines, mindset exercises, and any other recommendations provided by our coaches.

  2. Daily Reporting: Clients are required to submit daily progress reports and any other requested information promptly and accurately throughout the entire duration of the program.

  3. Full Participation: Clients must actively participate in the entire coaching program period, adhering to the prescribed schedule and guidelines provided by our coaches.

 

Refund Request Process

If a client believes they are eligible for a refund, they must follow these steps:

  1. Submission: Submit a detailed refund request in writing to YouvsYouFitness@Hotmail.com within 59 days from the program start date. The request must include reasons for seeking a refund and provide any relevant documentation or evidence of full participation and adherence to program requirements.

  2. Review: Our team will carefully review the refund request, taking into consideration the client's adherence to the program guidelines and eligibility criteria outlined above.

  3. Decision: A decision regarding the refund request will be communicated to the client within 7 business days of receiving the request. This decision will be based on the client's fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the specific circumstances of the request.

 

Refund Conditions

  • Approved Refunds: If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within 30 days. The amount refunded may be subject to deductions for any non-refundable items or services as outlined below.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or prorate refunds based on the level of client participation and the services already rendered.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items or services are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

    • Digital products or downloadable content.

    • Personalized coaching sessions that have already been conducted.

    • Any expenses incurred by YOU vs YOU on behalf of the client.
