Aloha! I’m Zak, Founder of YOU vs YOU Fitness, and for over 15 years, I’ve been helping people just like you lose weight, build muscle, and feel amazing. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to put in the effort and not see the results you deserve—but that's where I come in.
I’m not your typical trainer. I specialize in fast, lasting transformations. Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I’m equipped with expertise in weight loss, fitness nutrition, martial arts conditioning, and mindset development. Before becoming a fitness coach, I served in the Marine Corps, where I learned discipline, leadership, and mental toughness. These experiences shaped the way I train today: helping people push through their limits and break past the barriers holding them back.
