FOUNDERS STORY

From the rugged training grounds of the Marine Corps to the dynamic world of personal training, my journey has been one of relentless challenge and profound transformation.

 

After serving as a combat veteran Marine, I recognized the profound impact physical fitness had on mental and emotional resilience. This realization fueled my passion to help others conquer their own battles, not just in the gym, but in all areas of life.

 

With over 15 years of breaking records and pushing limits, I founded YOU vs YOU to empower individuals to turn their personal challenges into triumphs.
